Professional Experience Supervision for Social Workers and Counselors
$1,500/semester (17 wks.)
June, September and February start dates
Complete supervision hours for licensure requirements for LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC at the University of St. Francis. Qualified LCSW supervisor meets weekly with degreed candidates pursuing the supervised professional experience requirements set forth in the Clinical Social Work and Social Work Practice Act and Professional Counselor and Clinical Professional Counselor Licensing Act. Licensed clinical therapist Heather Dropski, MA, LCPC, with over a decade of experience in counseling children, adolescents and families, will facilitate workshops designed to empower parents/stepparents of children of all ages. Parenting styles, creating a proactive family plan, disciplining with choices, helping your child help themselves, coping strategies and problem solving for children are just some of the topics to be discussed. Handouts and take home materials complementing topics will be provided.
