Quality Assurance Report
The Student Business Association (SBA) provides learning opportunities and awareness of the business world that supplement classroom experiences. Workshops, seminars, lectures, panel discussions and service programs are just a few of the activities offered. SBA also organizes field trips, speakers and events.
Delta Mu Delta is a national honor society in business administration with a growing membership of nearly 150,000 in more than 200 chapters in public and private colleges and university campuses across the United States and Europe.
The Delta Kappa Chapter of Delta Mu Delta is chartered at the University of St. Francis to recognize outstanding achievement in business administration. To become a member, students must achieve the following:
Undergraduate:
Complete at least half the work required for the degree;
Cumulative average GPA of 3.25 or better;
Top 20 percent of class.
Graduate:
Candidate for master’s in business (MSM or MBA)
Completed at least half the work required for degree
Cumulative GPA of 3.6 or better
Top 20 percent of class
Each year, the national organization awards scholarships to student applicants in a program of competition based on scholarship, leadership, character, motivation, need and potential.
USF’s local Delta Kappa chapter has also awarded a scholarship to a USF student since 2006.
