That is why USF implemented 24×7 Support into its learning management system, Canvas. Now Canvas related questions or issues can be answered by a support agent who is just a click away. From the Canvas Help menu, you choose how you want to contact them; whether that is via the email, “Report a Problem” form, a toll free “Canvas Support Hotline”, or a text based “Chat with Canvas Support”. Agents are there at all hours to answer your questions and resolve any issues.
