At this conference participants will gain ideas from Illinois Schools of Character on effective ways to address bullying, to create a caring classroom environment, and to promote character in all your students. Additionally, the Eleven Principles of Effective Character Education will be presented with examples from award winning schools.
Those interested in applying to become a State School of Character will receive advice on the application process.
