University Expectations
  • As an instructor for the University of St. Francis, you must possess a Masters Degree and experience in the concentrated area. Teaching experience is preferred but not required.
  • A resume, official transcripts of highest degree earned, and a letter of recommendation are required by USF.
  • All instructors will be interviewed either by phone or face-to-face. All references will be checked.
  • All instructors are required to sign a contract with USF.

Instructor Expectations
  • You will receive a copy of a previously used syllabus, course outline, textbook information, and an adjunct faculty handbook.
  • You will be provided with a phone number and email address of an administrator to contact with questions and/or concerns.
  • Once USF receives your syllabus, you will receive a contract that must be signed and returned to the University.
  • You will receive a copy of the signed contract.
