Caryn earned her BS degree at Western Illinois University and completed a 4 month internship at Shiner's Hospitals for Children in Chicago. Caryn was employed 3 years with a Chicago based medical center and 9 years in grant funded vocational and undergraduate programs providing assessment, education and employment services to eligible county residents. Caryn started at University of St. Francis in 1999 with College of Nursing while completing her MS in Training and Management. She has been working with all degree completion and graduate programs for the past 4 years and recently completed her MBA.

Tracy graduated from the University of St. Francis in 2005 with a B.S. in Applied Organizational Management. She has been employed with the University of St. Francis, as an admissions counselor, for five years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, writing, exercising, and interior decorating.
