Cindy grew up in Alsip, IL and currently resides in Plainfield. Cindy earned her Ed.D. in Higher Education and Organizational Change from Benedictine University; her Masters of Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Cindy’s career in higher education began in admissions and early on found that she has a passion for working with students of all ages and backgrounds. Cindy’s favorite summertime activities are watching her son play baseball and the Chicago White Sox. She also enjoys spending time with her furry four-legged son, Benny. Cindy is very happy to be a part of the USF family.

Eric graduated from USF in 2007 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and joined the admissions team in the same year. During college, Eric had fun playing the mascot, Bernie, for 3.5 years. He also was the vice president of finance for the Student Business Association, a Ministry Staffer and Saints Ambassador. Soon after that Eric also completed his Master’s of Business Administration from USF. During this time is when he had found a passion to help students with their future and decided that higher education was a lifelong career for him. He really enjoys spending time with his family, friends and staying active.He was raised in Evergreen Park, Ill., and now resides in Joliet.
Freshman Admission Counselor
As a native of Joliet, Antonio graduated from USF in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and Secondary Education. After teaching high school history for a year, he explored a career in finance helping families to manage their investments. During his time as a student, Antonio served as both a Resident Assistant in the dormitories and as an ambassador guiding parents and students through the campus. He is proud to have not only studied Spanish at USF, but to have successfully completed a study abroad program in Córdoba, Argentina which helped him to become fluent. He and his wife (also an alum) live just a few blocks from campus and enjoy weekend trips to Chicago and being active volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will & Grundy Counties.
Freshman Admission Counselor
Mark attended Joliet Junior College before finishing his degree in Political Science at Saint Xavier University in 2013. With a desire to help students achieve their highest potential he became a substitute teacher in Will County. Before his time in the classroom, Mark was a radio D.J. at WXAV Chicago. He still boasts about having the opportunity to interview many musicians, comedians, and writers for his multiple radio shows and podcasts. When not helping students through the college admissions process Mark likes to write and record music and watch his beloved Chicago Bears and Blackhawks. He is thrilled to join the USF family in helping students with one of the most exciting times in their lives.
Welcome Center Coordinator
Annette has been with the University since March of 1988. She began in the Health Arts Program and joined the Undergraduate Admissions area in 2001. She is a mom to 35 kids ~ the Saints Ambassadors who are her greatest enjoyment at USF! Annette was born and raised in Joliet and is very proud and active in her Croatian heritage.
Welcome Center Assistant Coordinator
Emily has lived in Joliet for most of her life and graduated from Beloit College in 2008 with a degree in Studio Art and Museum Studies. Emily enjoys baking, reading and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to be a part of the Welcome Center.
Welcome Center Assistant (Part-Time)
Kylie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2014. Since then, Kylie has moved back to her hometown of Lockport, IL to spend time with family. Some of her favorite pastimes include reading, walking her dogs and cooking all the Pinterest recipes she can find. She is very excited to join the staff at the University of St. Francis and work in the Welcome Center!
