Financing your Education
The University of St. Francis is committed to making a quality, private university affordable for all who wish to attend. During 2007-2008, the average gift assistance package for a freshman student was $13,569. Of the $2.68 million dollars in gift assistance from all sources, 80 percent came from USF sources. That's the kind of commitment we're talking about.
USF participates in federal and state programs also. To supplement gift assistance awards and family contribution, many students and/or parents borrow to help pay their educational costs. Of the 134 (68%) freshmen who borrowed, the average federal student loan was $4,139. In combination with the USF convenient 10-Pay Plan you can find the method that will best suit your own personal situation. Federal Parent loans are also available for qualified borrowers.
There is a wide array of information available on the USF Financial Aid Services web site. Please check it out and see why you can afford a quality private university education at University of St. Francis
