Cindy grew up in Alsip, IL and currently resides in Plainfield. Cindy earned her Ed.D. in Higher Education and Organizational Change from Benedictine University; her Masters of Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Cindy’s career in higher education began in admissions and early on found that she has a passion for working with students of all ages and backgrounds. Cindy’s favorite summertime activities are watching her son play baseball and the Chicago White Sox. She also enjoys spending time with her furry four-legged son, Benny. Cindy is very happy to be a part of the USF family.

Eric graduated from USF in 2007 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and joined the admissions team in the same year. During college, Eric had fun playing the mascot, Bernie, for 3.5 years. He also was the vice president of finance for the Student Business Association, a Ministry Staffer and Saints Ambassador. Soon after that Eric also completed his Master’s of Business Administration from USF. During this time is when he had found a passion to help students with their future and decided that higher education was a lifelong career for him. He really enjoys spending time with his family, friends and staying active.He was raised in Evergreen Park, Ill., and now resides in Joliet.

Eloise graduated from the University of St. Francis with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Organizational Management. In 2006, she began working at the USF in the Graduate and Degree Completion Admissions Department as an Admissions Counselor. Prior to joining the admissions team, she worked in Financial Aid Services as a Loan and Scholarship Coordinator. Eloise is currently pursing her Master of Science in Management degree at USF.

Lauren received her Associates in Arts degree from Elgin Community College, her Bachelor of Arts in English with a creative writing minor from Illinois State University, and her Masters in Arts in English Composition from Bradley University. Teaching and advising for five years has helped Lauren discover her career path in higher education, and she is truly passionate about guiding students to success in their academic journeys. She enjoys reading biographies and fiction, seeing musical theater, listening to ‘60s pop music, and rooting for Da Bears! Elisabet grew up in Cicero, IL and was the first in her family to graduate from a university. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from USF in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal and Social Justice and minor in Spanish, and has been her greatest achievement thus far. Her passion has always been education and community outreach which is very evident not only in her college but also high school years. She was president of Unidos Vamos a Alcanzar (our Latino organization on campus), Co-founder of H.O.U.S.E (established to serve the unprivileged students on campus), mentee for the Student Alumni Mentoring Program, University Success Scholar, member of Delta Epsilon Sigma and Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will and Grundy County Latino Advisory Board. During her time at University of St. Francis her passion for helping students stemmed with assisting undocumented and DREAMer students and only grew from there, by the end of her college years she knew she wanted to work in higher education. Coming from a family of immigrants it has only propelled and inspired her towards success and hopes to spread that with the student body. Her favorite quotes: “Education is power” and “Si se puede”!
International Admission Counselor
Rob graduated with a B.A. in Digital Media from DePaul University, where he spent three years as a student worker at the school’s Career Center. Shortly after graduating, Rob pursued an opportunity to teach English at a Catholic university in Bangkok, Thailand. Although the experience was only supposed to last one year, he enjoyed it so much that he extended his stay for an additional six years. While living in Thailand, Rob worked in student recruitment for an international hospitality school and as the Student Recruitment Manager for a British management school. Although he was stationed in Bangkok, work and travel brought him to fourteen different countries in Asia. His experiences abroad gave him a deep appreciation for cultural exchange through international education and inspired him to complete his M.A. in International Relations from Webster University. Rob is once again residing in his hometown of Evergreen Park and is excited to promote the unique opportunities available at USF to students all over the world.
Welcome Center Coordinator
Annette has been with the University since March of 1988. She began in the Health Arts Program and joined the Undergraduate Admissions area in 2001. She is a mom to 35 kids ~ the Saints Ambassadors who are her greatest enjoyment at USF! Annette was born and raised in Joliet and is very proud and active in her Croatian heritage.

Emily has lived in Joliet for most of her life and graduated from Beloit College in 2008 with a degree in Studio Art and Museum Studies. Emily enjoys baking, reading and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to be a part of the Welcome Center.
Welcome Center Assistant (Part-Time)
Kylie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2014. Since then, Kylie has moved back to her hometown of Lockport, IL to spend time with family. Some of her favorite pastimes include reading, walking her dogs and cooking all the Pinterest recipes she can find. She is very excited to join the staff at the University of St. Francis and work in the Welcome Center!
