Cindy grew up in Alsip, IL and currently resides in Plainfield. Cindy earned her Ed.D. in Higher Education and Organizational Change from Benedictine University; her Masters of Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Cindy’s career in higher education began in admissions and early on found that she has a passion for working with students of all ages and backgrounds. Cindy’s favorite summertime activities are watching her son play baseball and the Chicago White Sox. She also enjoys spending time with her furry four-legged son, Benny. Cindy is very happy to be a part of the USF family.

Eric graduated from USF in 2007 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and joined the admissions team in the same year. During college, Eric had fun playing the mascot, Bernie, for 3.5 years. He also was the vice president of finance for the Student Business Association, a Ministry Staffer and Saints Ambassador. Soon after that Eric also completed his Master’s of Business Administration from USF. During this time is when he had found a passion to help students with their future and decided that higher education was a lifelong career for him. He really enjoys spending time with his family, friends and staying active.He was raised in Evergreen Park, Ill., and now resides in Joliet.

Sarah was raised near Poplar Grove, Illinois and came to the USF admissions team May 2011. She has an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Quincy University and a B.A. in Management and Organizational Leadership from Illinois College. Sarah is excited to take on her new role as Assistant Director and Coordinator of International Recruitment. In her spare time she is a connoisseur of music and enjoys cooking, reading, and yoga.

Eloise graduated from the University of St. Francis with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Organizational Management. In 2006, she began working at the USF in the Graduate and Degree Completion Admissions Department as an Admissions Counselor. Prior to joining the admissions team, she worked in Financial Aid Services as a Loan and Scholarship Coordinator. Eloise is currently pursing her Master of Science in Management degree at USF.

Mallory was raised in Joliet, IL and joined the admissions team in October 2011. She graduated from Augustana College in May 2008 with a Bachelor of English with a Writing Emphasis. At her prior institution, she served as a Senior Admissions Advisor for transfer and continuing education students. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends. She is thrilled to be a part of the team at USF and represent her hometown university.

Justin was raised in Joliet, IL and joined the admissions team in May 2012. He has a B.A. in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Advertising. While at USF he was a member of the football program for five seasons. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, friends and being active. He is excited to be back at the University of St. Francis and proud to be the newest member of the admissions staff.

Annette has been with the University since March of 1988. She began in the Health Arts Program and joined the Undergraduate Admissions area in 2001. She is a mom to 35 kids ~ the Saints Ambassadors who are her greatest enjoyment at USF! Annette was born and raised in Joliet and is very proud and active in her Croatian heritage.

Jeanine is the Admissions Support Specialist and Administrative Assistant. While supporting both the Vice President of Admissions and Enrollment Services and the Director of Undergraduate Admissions, she is primarily responsible for processing the necessary information to take a student from “applicant” to “enrolled student.” She has been in the Admissions area of USF for over seven years and has enjoyed every minute of it. She likes to spend time with her family, reading and working around her home.
