Step 1: I have applied to the VA for GI Bill benefits using either the VA Form 22-1990 (APPLICATION FOR VA EDUCATION BENEFITS) in an electronic format or using the Adobe .pdf version. I will submit a copy of this form to veterans@stfrancis.edu along with the Member 1 and Member 4 copy of my DD 214 form as well as the Certificate of Eligibility I received from the VA

Step 1: I have applied to the VA for GI Bill Dependent/Survivor benefits using either the VA Form 22-5590 in an electronic format or using the Adobe .pdf version. I will submit a copy of this form to veterans@stfrancis.edu as well as the Certificate of Eligibility I received from the VA.
