Publishing to the USF Website
QUESTION: How do I get my own webpage?
ANSWER:
- Students - Students can not publish information to the University web site, unless its for a specific class and under the supervision of that class's instructor.
- Faculty - All full time faculty members have areas under their specific departments to create web pages. If they have issues pertaining to the creation of web pages, they can contact UWS at ext. 3432
- Administrators - Administrators can not publish information to the University Website unless permission is given to them by the Director of Web Services.
QUESTION: How do I request changes to my website?
ANSWER:
- All changes/modifications to websites that need to be completed by University Web Services have a three-step process:
- Download the UWS Modification form - If you're on campus, it's located on the O drive: FacAdmin Common/UnivWebServices/Projectrequestform.doc or by clicking here, to download the Word document.
- Fill out the form, then email the form to webupdate@stfrancis.edu, attaching the form in the email and any other ancilary documentation.
- You will receive a conformation email and someone from UWS will contact you regarding your modifications.

- There are 3 ways to contact Web Services:
