Keeping Yourself Relevant with 21st Century Employers on Monday, Nov. 8
Sponsored by the Business Alumni Network (BAN), this panel discussion covers important skill development tips. Topics include certifications, problem solving, presentations, leadership and more.

Joseph Ferrallo, ’85,’06, ’07 (Management, MBA, Training & Development), of Tinley Park, Ill., founder and president of Client Contact Center Solutions, will moderate the discussion.

Advice on how to dress, questions to ask and anticipate answering, along with other preparation tips will be covered by Kristi Kelly and Laura Cole of the Career Services Center. Q&A will follow.

“Networking: Sometimes, It’s Who You Know”
