In the last three years, Shane Grivich has traveled to Canada, Ireland, Germany, England and Australia. While his job as a director of international sales for a medical device company kept him on the move and away from home, it hasn’t kept him from completing his Master of Business Administration at University of St. Francis.
“I knew conventional classes would be out of the question for me due to my travel so the internet would be my only option,” Grivich said. “It was truly amazing to think in this day and age you can finish a degree while flying all over the world. In my briefcase at all times were my laptop and the book for whatever course I was taking that semester.”
Grivich, of Magnolia, Texas, found USF’s program after a searching through countless others. “Finding the right school on the internet can be a bit challenging,” he said. “Not only do you have to find an accredited school you need to find the right fit for you.” Grivich found that “fit” with USF and got started.
“The professors and fellow students were fantastic and made the whole experience one I will never forget,” he said. “This will definitely rank in the very top of the proudest achievements in my life.” Grivich said he wouldn’t hesitate to recommend USF to anyone considering continuing their education.
“If I can do it with a family, a full time job, and traveling all over the world at the same time, then anyone can,” he said.
