The Professional Achievement Award

Presented to alumni who have demonstrated professional achievement and leadership as well as an understanding continued support of the University of St. Francis. This award pays special tribute to alumni who have achieved personal success and made outstanding contributions to their chosen fields that are widely recognized and lauded by their colleagues.

Please fill out the following form for a nomination, then hit the submit button:

Nomination and Selection Process:

  • Nominations may be submitted at any time during the year, but only those received by
    May 15 will be considered for the current year's award.     Any alumnus/a or other
    interested person may submit a candidate for consideration.
  • A selection committee will choose recipients of the awards from among the nominees.
  • Only one recipient will be selected each year to receive each of the five awards.


This online form contains the nominating criteria and questionnaire for each award. To ensure the candidate receives due consideration by the selection committee please complete, to the best of your ability, each question asked for the award. The Committee will also consider the nominee's vita and up to three (3) letters of recommendation. You may use this online form plus email any corresponding letters of recomendation, or email the all information to alumni@stfrancis.edu
