FRANCISCAN CHARISM AWARD

The Franciscan Charism Award recognizes an employee who enriches the lives of others through their service to the students and institution. The award is based on the four Franciscan values of Respect, Service, Integrity, and Compassion. Individuals demonstrating outstanding actions in the following criteria may be nominated.

All members of the USF community can nominate and be nominated for this award. Self nominations are not accepted. Written nominations must identify specific, quantifiable supporting documentation of each criterion. The listed criteria for selection will be measured against the university mission statement and values of charism. Nominations will be accepted annually; however, the award will only be given out if the candidate truly lives the values expressed in the criteria.

The Awards & Recognition Committee will review all nominations and forward their recommendations to the President and the President’s Vice President Council, who have the final decision in the selection of the awardee.
