ANGIE BROWN

Brown set a pair of records during a week in which she averaged 27.5 points per game and shot 59 percent from three-point range (13 of 22) and 60 percent overall (18 of 30) as Saint Xavier University posted a pair of easy wins, a 99-70 victory over Robert Morris College followed by a 102-70 defeat of University of St. Francis.

Brown established both marks in the first game with her 35 points and nine three-pointers. The latter came in 16 attempts. Overall, she was 11 of 20 from the field.

Brown was equally as impressive against St. Francis, where she netted 20 points on 7-of-10 shooting with another four treys.

Besides averaging 27.5 points per game, Brown also authored 4.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.0 steals per contest.

HILARY DISCH
OLIVET NAZARENE UNIVERSITY

)

Disch posted a pair of 20-point performances as Olivet Nazarene University registered its second straight perfect 2-0 week to improve to 4-0 overall in the league with a 94-85 win over University of St. Francis and a 119-75 assault of Illinois Institute of Technology.

Disch drilled seven three-pointers in 16 attempts en route to a game-high 23 points against St. Francis.

She was even hotter four days later when she made all but one of her 10 shots from the field and all three of her three-point attempts in tallying 22 points.

All told, she converted at a .570 clip from the field (17 of 30), including .530 from beyond the arc (10 of 19). Disch also averaged 4.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.5 steals for the seven-day period.

WEEK ENDING JANUARY 14, 2007

KELLIE MULLIN
OLIVET NAZARENE UNIVERSITY

)

Mullin and Olivet Nazarene University opened Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference play in a big way, notching a 102-87 upset victory over NAIA No. 3-ranked Saint Xavier University before recording another 100 points in a 106-81 win over Indiana University South Bend.

Against Saint Xavier, Mullin hit for 21 points on 5-of-7 shooting from the field, including three three-pointers, and 8-of-11 accuracy from the free throw line. She then collected 12 points and six rebounds against Indiana South Bend, leaving her with a 16.5 scoring average on 56 percent shooting from the field for the week.

The pair of wins snapped a season-long four-game losing streak fro the Tigers.

JESSICA HARRIS

)

Harris averaged 19.0 points on 81 percent shooting from the field (17 of 21) and 8.0 rebounds as Robert Morris College split its two decisions on the week, falling 62-61 to Quincy University before gaining a 76-44 victory over Calumet College of St. Joseph.

Harris converted 12 of her 15 field goal attempts in the first game en route to a 27-point, 8-rebound performance. Six days later, she missed only one shot from the field (5 of 6) in an 11-point, 8-rebound showing versus Calumet.

Harris also registered two assists and three steals in each of the two games.

White authored a pair of 20-point contests on her way to averaging 18.3 points in Robert Morris' 2-1 week. After netting 11 points in a 93-65 loss to NAIA I No. 1-ranked Union University (TN), White exploded for 20 points in an 88-59 win over Trinity International University and 24 points in a 67-61 win over St. Thomas Aquinas College (NY).

White also was credited with 15 assists for the week (5.0 per game), including eight in the loss to Union.

Other numbers amassed by the senior guard were her 13 rebounds (4.3 average) and five steals.

White, who earned CCAC Player of the Week recognition for the third time this year, shot 49 percent from the field (18 of 37), 57 percent from three-point range (4 of 7) and 83 percent from the foul line (15 of 18).

WEEK ENDING DECEMBER 3, 2006

CANDIS JACKSON
SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY

)

Jackson capped off a perfect 3-0 week for the Cougars by hitting the game-winning layup with five seeconds to play in NAIA I No. 17-ranked Saint Xavier's 89-88 upset victory over Union University (TN). For the game, Jackson recorded a double-double with her 18-points and 11 rebounds. She also collected five rebounds and three steals.

Earlier in the week, Jackson authored 10 points in an 87-48 victory over Judson College and 14 markers in an 87-47 win over Central College (IA).

For the seven-day stretch, Jackson averaged 14.0 points, 7.0 assists, 4.3 rebounds and 2.3 steals, while shooting 50 percent from the field (18 of 36).

SHANICE WHITE

)

White gained the distinction for the second time this season after averaging 19.3 points, 3.3 assists and both 2.0 steals and rebounds per contest over a three-game span in which the Eagles went 1-2 for the week. In those three games, she shot 40 percent from the field (19 of 48) and 87 percent from the charity stripe (20 of 23).

White tallied 14 points and four assists in a 72-54 setback to University of Wisconsin-Parkside before netting 17 points and registering five assists in a 72-60 loss to NAIA I No. 25 Columbia College (MO). She then closed out the week with a 27-point showing in a 60-57 win over NCAA II St. Joseph's College (IN). Included in the latter affair for White was a near-perfect 13-of-14 reading from the foul line.

White got the Eagles back to .500 at 2-2 with her performances in two victories over the past week, where she averaged 14.0 points, 6.5 assists and both 2.5 rebounds and steals per game.

White opened the week with a 10-point, seven-rebound night in a 79-60 win over NAIA II No. 20-ranked Judson College. She followed that up with an 18-point, six-assist effort in an 83-78 decision over University of Illinois-Springfield.

Her other numbers during the seven-day period included a .480 shooting percentage from the field (10 of 21) and .750 mark from the foul line (6 of 8). White also converted two of her three three-point field goal attempts.

WEEK ENDING NOVEMBER 5, 2006

JACQIE STORM
UNIVERSITY OF ST. FRANCIS

)

Storm started her collegiate career by producing games of 19 and 29 points as University of St. Francis opened its 2006-2007 campaign with a pair of victories over Trinity International University and NAIA II No. 14-ranked Aquinas College (MI).

Storm converted seven of her 15 shots from the field en route to her 19-point showing in her team's 99-57 win over Trinity International. Four nights later, she authored another five three-pointers in USF's 103-86 victory over Aquinas. In the latter game she was 8 of 16 overall from the field and 8 of 10 from the foul line..

For the two games, Storm averaged 24.0 points, 4.0 rebound and both 2.5 assists and blocks per game, while shooting 48 percent from the field both overall (15 of 31) and from beyond the three-point arc (10 of 21).
