RALPH KWILOSZ
Head Coach

After spending 32 years as a teacher and nearly 30 years as a high school tennis coach, Ralph Kwilosz undertook a new challenge in 2003 when he assumed his first collegiate coaching assignment at University of St. Francis.

In his two years directing the Lady Saint program, Kwilosz, who replaced Sarah Igric, has published an 8-15 mark.

Kwilosz split his high school coaching career between Bloom, Bloom Trail and Rich East High Schools. During his tenure at those schools, he had three singles players and four doubles teams qualify to the state tournament.

Along with the high school circuit, Kwilosz also coached at the Chicago Heights, Frankfort Square, Frankfort and Park Forest Park Districts.

Currently in his 10th year as a part-time instructor at the Riviera Country Club in Orland Park, Kwilosz earned a 4.5 rating (advanced level) from the National Tennis Rating Program during his heyday in the sport.

He also is a certified United States Professional Tennis Association Developmental Coach and has been a member of the United States Racquet Stringing Association for 19 years.

Kwilosz received both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Chicago State University and taught in School District #206 before retiring in 2003.

He resides in Frankfort with his wife, Pat. They have two adult children, Mark and Maureen.
