Chickering's Aetna Navigator (web Services) 

As a Chickering Student Health Insurance Plan member, you have access to Aetna Navigator TM , your secure member website. It is packed with personalized benefits and health information. You can take full advantage of our interactive website to complete a variety of self-service transactions online.

 

Chickering's Aetna Navigator TM Services

  • Request your member ID card.
  • View Claim Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements.
  • Estimate the cost of common health care services to better plan your expenses.
  • Research the price of a drug and learn if there are alternatives.
  • Find health care professionals and facilities that participate in your plan and/or provide discounts.
  • Send an e-mail to Chickering Customer Service at your convenience.
  • View the latest health information and news, and more!

 How Do I Register!

Go to www.chickering.com .

  • Click on “Students: Find Your School.”
  • Enter 474880 as your Policy Number - Click Search.
  • Click on “ University of St Francis ”.
  • Click on “Member Web: Aetna Navigator” link.
  • You now click on “Access Navigator” at the bottom of the screen ( scroll down ).
  • You will now be at a screen titled “Your Secure Website” - Click on “First-Time User”.
  • To register click “I am an Aetna member….” then Click “I am the subscriber ....”.
  • Click “Next”.
  • Enter all required information (Indicated by the Red Asterisk).

To enter your correct Chickering/Aetna MEMBER ID number please use your student id “800” number substituting the first two characters of your id (80) with the number “166”. Example 800123456 would be 1660123456 . Click next.

  • Select a user name as well as a password and Security Question.

Your registration is now complete!

 

Printing your Id Card

Log in and go to the page that says “Welcome to Your Secure Website”.

Click on the Print Id Card (left side of page).

If you need registration assistance it is available toll free, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Time at (800) 225-3375 .

If you lose your original ID card, you can order a replacement as well as print a temporary card on Aetna Navigator. You may obtain your original card at the Student Health Center room S218.
