Dean, College of Business & Health Administration
Chris Clott received his Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Fordham University, his Masters of Business Administration (Marketing) from St. Xavier University, and his Ph.D. in Policy Studies from University of Illinois Chicago.
Chris, currently is the dean of the College of Business & Health Administration. He has also taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Global Supply Chain Management, International Marketing, International Business and Human Resources. His published research is in the areas of offshore outsourcing, maritime port policy, non-vessel owning common carriers,ocean shipping deregulation and organizational effectiveness.
Chris has taught at the California Maritime Academy, St.Xavier University, the Indian Institute of Management, and Elmhurst College prior to coming to the University of St. Francis. In addition, Chris has taken numerous student travel/study groups to cities throughout the world. Chris is strongly committed to developing international education opportunities for students. Prior to academia, Chris was an account executive for OOCL and Lykes Lines in the ocean transportation field.
Chris and his wife Emily live in downtown Chicago and have four grown children. Chris likes to run,bike ride, hike, play golf, and above all travel in his free time.
