His assignments require the students to read certain journal articles, but not all students have equal access. To solve this problem, Mugwump has placed a handful of articles on reserve at Hickory's virtual library whose staff has digitized these works and saved them as "portable document files" or ".pdf's." These are then available to enrolled students on Mugwump's "courseweb."
