- By default, the Navigation bar includes tabs for your Home, Mailbox, Calendar, Sent Items, and Contacts folders.
- Right-click the bar to add other tabs. (You can also drag and drop items to move them to the tabbed folder.)
- Click on Customize Nav Bar from the list of options.

- Click in the box/add a checkmark next to the items you want to add or remove in your navigation bar
- Click OK when you have finished adding items

- You will see new tabs appear in the Navigation bar
