You can use GroupWise to create an HTML signature at the end of any message you send. You can create multiple graphics, background images, and tables.

• Select Tools, then Options from the Main Menu

• Double-Click the Environment icon

• Select the Signature tab

• Click in the box next to Signature (make sure you see a checkmark)
• Click on the New button

• Type in the name of the Signature and click the OK button

• Type in your outgoing signature information in the box provided
• Choose to either Automatically add or Prompt before adding the signature
• Click on the OK button
