- Launch Netscape.
- To start Composer, from the Window menu, select Composer.
or
Click the Composer icon on the Communicator component bar, in the lower left corner of the screen.
Composer will launch with a new, blank web page in the window. You can now start typing.

If you want to create a blank page at any point while you're using Composer, just select File > New from the menu bar.
