You can use any of a number of methods for copying files: right clicking; clicking a toolbar icon; clicking edit, copy on the menu bar; pressing <Ctrl> c on your keyboard; or dragging your files to another location.
- On the left side, double click the folder containing the document so that you see the documents in that folder listed on the right.
- Still on the left side, carefully scroll through Explorer, clicking only the "+" sign to expand what you see.
- When you can see the folder you want to copy the document into, use one of the methods below to copy the file:

(If your Toolbar is not visible at the top of the screen, select the View menu, then Toolbar.) |
- On the right side, click once on the file that you want to copy.
- Click the Copy icon on the Toolbar at the top.
- On the left, click once on the folder that you want to copy the file to.
- Click the Paste icon on the toolbar at the top.

- Choose Edit, then Copy from the Menu at the top of the screen.
- On the left, click once on the folder that you want to copy the file to.
- Choose Edit, then Paste from the Menu at the top of the screen.

- On the right side, right click once on the file that you want to copy.
- Choose Copy.
- On the left, right click on the folder that you want to copy the file to.
- Choose Paste.

- On the right side, click once on the file that you want to copy.
- Hold down the <Ctrl> key and press the letter c.
- On the left, click once on the folder that you want to copy the file to.
- Hold down the <Ctrl> key and press the letter v.

Drag & Drop
(If you are dragging a file within the same drive - for ex., C: or M: - this process will only move the file and not copy it.) |
- Hold the mouse button down on the document on the right screen.
- Drag it from the right screen and drop it on the folder on the left screen where you want it to go.

You can also select more than one document or folder and copy them all at once. Use the shift key to select adjacent documents, use the <Ctrl> key to select non-adjacent documents.
