Accessing the IKON Trac Solution:

- Double-click the IKON Trac Job Ticket icon in your launcher.
- Enter your IKON username and password (see below).

- USF home page > Fac. & Admin.> Document Management Center.
- Enter your on-campus network username and password.
- Click the link to go to the IKON Trac system.
- Enter your IKON username and password (see below).

| FIRST TIME USERS: |

Your IKON Trac system username is: your first initial and last name. (You do not need to sign up as a new user.)
- Your password is: the first 4 letters of your last name and the last 4 digits of your social security number.
(Contact the IKON Document Center at ext. 3416 if you are unable access the system.)

Once you are logged in, if you wish to change your password, click the Profile link under Tools.

Using the IKON Trac Solution
Desktop View provides a list of all IKON services available: Desktop, Directory, Copy, Tools.
Access the functions of each service area from the Site Map or from the Tabs on the header bar (below).



In the Copy function, there are two areas: the Product Catalog and the Job Manager (below).

The Job Manager shows Current/Pending Jobs and your Job History, in real-time status (below). Get additional details by clicking on your job number, after submitting a job.

The Product Catalog is located on the left side of screen, showing the most recently submitted jobs (below). In this area you can submit job requests for the different copy and printing services IKON provides.
STEP ONE: Submitting a Job Ticket |
To submit a Job Ticket:
- Click on the job type from the available categories below the Copy Center folder.
Example: "B/W and Color Copying/Printing" option (below).

As you choose different parameters, the Job Preview and Price Estimate will get automatically updated.

For each selection, you can provide more detailed instructions by clicking on the Add Notes link, located next to the Added Items (see below).


| STEP THREE: Job Requirements |
Job deadline and delivery requirements must be entered after the Job Ticket is completed.

Type in a Job Description

Select the due date and time (must be at least an hour in the future)

Check if you require a proof before the entire job is run

To change the Ordered By, Deliver To, or Bill To information you must click in the appropriate boxes, then type in the correct information.

Enter your 4 digit department code in the Cost Center field

Click on the Submit button at the bottom, to send your job to the Document Center (IKON)
