- Home screen for students
- Choose from the available tabs, navigation items on top right, WebCT area items, or view your Student Schedule.
- Your Student Schedule is displayed beneath the University Announcements
- Click on your instructor's name to send them an email message through your GroupWise Email account
- The top right corner allows you to link to your WebMail (GroupWise email), myFiles area, Help documentation, Log Off, or You Have Messages link.
- Note: If you have messages waiting such as a financial aid message, when you login to the portal, the upper right hand corner will have a blue link saying "you have messages".
- WebCT area shows your available Online Courses, click on the course name to enter WebCT
- My Services area will show various student support services, which can be accessed by the links on the left menu.
- Academic Resources area allows you to access Academic Progress, Grades, and Transcripts
- Bookstore area shows contact information, store hours, and links you to the online bookstore
- Financial Aid shows your Award Year details, Financial Aid Summary, Aid Award, links to the Financial Aid Home Page, and allows you to send an email to the Financial Aid Office
- Library area links to popular article search engines, library catalog, etc.
- Tuition Bill/Account shows your Student Bill, links to Business Affairs Student Home Page, allows you to directly email the Business Office, Pay your bill online, or access Deferment/Payment Plan Forms
- Community tab shows open chat forums, sports chats, career corner section, and more
- Calendar shows events at the University of St. Francis by day, week, or month
- Personal Info tab shows your Advisor, Major, College, Email, GPA, and more
- Click on the
 button on the top right navigation bar to exit the portal
