In this tutorial you will learn to set up a WebDav connection between your computer and your WebCT courses. WebDav allows you to copies files and folders from your computer to your WebCT course using Windows Explorer. This will save you the extra time of zipping files and copying them to your WebCT course.

1. Log in to WebCT.
2. At the My WebCT page, click on the WebDAV info button.
   
   
3. Highlight the web address of your course files and select Edit > Copy.
   
   
4. Open the Windows Explorer program (Start menu > Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer).
5. On the left side of the screen, click once on My Network Places.
   
   
6. On the right side of the screen, double click on Add Network Place.
   
   
7. Paste the url that you copied in Step 3, using Crtl>V on the keyboard, then click the Next button.
   
   
8. Enter your WebCT username and password.
   
   
9. Type the name of your course and click the Finish button.
   
   
10. Now you can copy files and folders from your hard drive or network drives directly to your WebCT course, using Windows Explorer, by dragging the files or folders in the left frame to your WebCT course folder in the right frame.
