The following are required for admission to
the B.S. in Management adult degree-completion program:
1. 64 semester hours of transfer credit or an
Associate's degree with a minimum of 64 semester
hours of transfer credit.
2. 15 semester hours of transfer credit in general
education (can be included in the 64 semester
hours).
3. A minimum age of 23 or two years of significant
work experience.
4. A minimum 2.0 cumulative G.P.A.
Students should complete the application process by submitting the following:
1. Application for admission (can be done online here) and application fee.
2. Official transcripts from all institutions attended (excluding high school).
Transfer Credits
Students must transfer a minimum of 64 semester hours. A maximum of 80 semester hours may be transferred from a community college. At least 32 semester hours must be taken at USF including 15 hours of upper division coursework. A student must complete a minimum total of 128 semester hours to graduate (including transfer credit and USF credit).
Prior Learning Assessment
Many adults have experienced college-level learning outside the traditional classroom. The Prior Learning Assessment Program is a portfolio process in which the student documents all learning through work and life experiences to receive college credit for learning that is equivalent to courses offered at the University of St. Francis. Up to 33 semester hours of college credit may be awarded through the Prior Learning Assessment Program. Military, CLEP and DANTES credits can also be earned.
