MSTD to MBA
A graduate of the University's Master of Science in Training and Development program can complete a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 20 to 24 hours, depending on MSTD track taken. All students must meet the MBA competency requirements for each MBA course.

*MSTD students who take the Business Administration track will have taken this course and only need 20 hours
