Nursing Scholarships

The following are resources to apply for scholarships. Follow the links for each application. Updated through out the year.

NSNA Scholarship: The scholarship application for the 2006-2007 academic year is now available and the FNSNA is ready to receieve student applications. Students may wish to download the application. Please note that the application must be receieved by the end of business Janary 13, 2006, for consideration.

The application for the Marilyn Bagwell Leadership Development Grant (application) is also available at this time. The purpose of this grant is to provide funds for: a) school clubs wishing to create an official NSNA chapter or b) official NSNA chapters to support state and national NSNA meetings or conventions. A $1,000 grant is given to one nursing program annually. The recipient school is recognized at the NSNA/FNSNA Awards ceremony on Thursday, April 6, 2006, at the NSNA Annual Convention in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Barnes & Noble bookstore on the NSNA website went live last week. Students and faculty may purchase books and take advantage of this unique opportunity on this custom website. All students and faculty will recieve a 5% discount on every order. A portion of the purchases supports the Marilyn Bagwell Leadership Development Fund.
