MSTD to MBA
A graduate of the University's Master of Science in Training and Development program can complete a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 20 to 36 hours, depending on MSTD track taken and previous coursework.
All students must also meet the MBA competency requirements for each MBA course.

*These requirements can also be met through equivalent undergraduate courses, or in some cases, documented work experience.

*MSTD students who take the Business Administration track will have taken MBAD 651 and only need 20 hours in the MBA core along with any prerequisite courses not already met.
