Gerardo Perez Capdevila, guitar An Evening of Classical Guitar
Gerardo Perez Capdevila is a classical guitarist who has performed in Europe and the Americas and has won numerous international awards for his playing. He is a renowned teacher of guitar and has taught at schools of music in Havan, Zacateras, Mexico and Cochabamba, Bolivia. The renowned American guitarist, Eliot Fisk stated that Capdevila “has a virtuoso technique and a natural musicality that delights.”

Sometimes Thespians/Music & Performing Arts Spring Musical Baby
Is there anything more exciting, frightening and utterly transformational than impending parenthood? “Baby” tells the story of three couples on a university campus as they deal with the painful, rewarding and agonizingly funny consequences of this universal experience. There are the college students, barely at the beginning of their adult lives; the thirty-somethings, having trouble conceiving but determined to try; and the middle aged parents, looking forward to seeing their last child graduate from college when a night of unexpected passion lands them back where they started.

Concert Chorale Spring Concert “Requiem” by Gabriel Faure
The USF Concert Chorale will perform Gabriel Faure’s Requiem in the USF Motherhouse chapel.
Under the direction of Professor Willard Thomen, the piece will be accompanied by a chamber orchestra.
