    Coordinator RN-BSN Fast-Track program; University of St. Francis/ College of Nursing
    Advisor to RN students regarding sequencing of courses needed. Hire instructors for classes/review resumes of potential instructors. Schedule classes for on-line delivery and at various sites so that students may progress in the program. Consult with faculty to maintain consistency with basic curriculum. Evaluate quality of off campus and online courses. Maintain student files/records. 
  • 1996-2002
    Charge nurse/staff nurse; Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center, Joliet, IL.
    Labor and delivery unit (LDRP) provide care to laboring patients in a Level II setting.  Circulate for Cesarean Sections/Recovery Room skills. Developed a shoulder dsytocia and pre-term labor competency for staff.

    Charge nurse/Staff nurse; Morris Hospital, Morris IL.
    RN in OB/GYNE unit since 1985.  Provided care to laboring patients and neonates in Level I hospital. Stabilized infants needing transfer, post-partum care to mothers and families.

    Provided prenatal care in office setting to expectant mothers and assisted with   office procedures.
