Ms. Covelli joined the Center in June 2005 bringing with her 10 years experience in customer service, training & development, project management, and relationship management with both domestic and international exposure. Ms. Covelli holds a B.A. in English/Minor Urban Studies from Elmhurst College and an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University.
Lori Brito, Office Coordinator

Prior to joining USF, Ms. Brito served as Building Manager, responsible for property maintenance and operations of 15 facilities and coordination of resources for special events, fundraisers, and community support programs. Ms. Brito is a certified English-Spanish and Spanish-English translator.
Dr. Lyle Hicks, Liaison

Dr. Lyle Hicks has more than thirty years of teaching, administrative and practitioner experience in the fields of education, public, commercial, and military recreation. Dr. Hicks possesses an Ed.D. in education with a specialization in adult education from Northern Illinois University. He also holds an M.S. in Recreation Administration with a specialization in public and commercial recreation from Southern Illinois University.
