Position: Sr. Learning & Development Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL (Aurora)

Function:
Manage multiple large scale learning projects
across functional lines such as Sales, Service,
Operations and Marketing. Work with other Learning,
HR and SMEs to identify and address cross-functional
learning needs in a measurable way that positively
impacts the business. Develop and detail long
term plans and the subprojects to support them.
Provide coaching and direction to project leads
ensuring continuous work performance. Track all
initiatives and report to management regularly.
Determine level of resources needed. Apply process
improvement methods and conceptual expertise to
various projects and work with outside vendors.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in adult education or similar
area, advanced degree preferred. Exceptional project
management, instructional design and influencing
skills a must. Ability to build relationships
at all levels of a matrixed organization. History
of managing multiple large-scale learning projects
and in directing others in their work when they
were not direct reports. Strong knowledge of business,
financial services preferred.
