Biography
After graduating from the College of St. Francis and North Central College , Mr. Bell gained practical experience at a variety of jobs throughout the next decade. During this timeframe, with the computer industry's fast and furious growth, Cris worked with such technologies as IBM mainframes, Digital and HP mini computers, various networking infra-structures, wide area networking, database design and implementation, as well as programming. With each job change, Mr. Bell gained additional technical and managerial experience. Throughout his 12 years of working in the business sector, he always set his sights on becoming a teacher. In 1998, he accepted a teaching position at the University of St. Francis.
His primary teaching responsibilities include: Senior Project, Systems Administration, Systems Installation and Configuration, Advanced Microcomputer Systems, Systems Analysis and Design, Networking, C++ Programming, and Introductory Courses.
Interests
His interests include: computer technology as it relates to business productivity, business productivity as it relates to profitability, stock market trends and investments, home design and structures, and national politics.
