Biography
Ms. Loretta Pearson is an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science. She has also completed significant coursework in the doctoral program in Instructional Technology at Northern Illinois University. Her current area of interest is the design and implementation of computer-based and web-based teaching and learning systems. She has authored four software tutorials in mathematics and computer science and has delivered several computer literacy courses over the World Wide Web. She is now implementing several core computer science courses as on-line courses.
Her primary teaching responsibilities include: C++ and Object Oriented Programming, Introduction to Data Structures, Assembly language programming, and Advanced Data Structures.
Interests
Interests, at the moment, include skiing and skating with her grandchildren, learning the guitar, trying out Swedish weaving, reading, and cooking. And, of course she spends lots of time fiddling around with web programming languages and web pages.
