Master of Science Admission Requirements

To be eligible to apply, an applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Hold a valid Illinois teaching certificate
  • Have an undergraduate G.P.A. of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale *
  • (Educational Leadership ONLY) applicants must have a minimum of 1 full year of successful teaching experience

* Students who do not meet the required G.P.A. of 2.75 will be provided the opportunity
to appeal for admission through their admissions counselor.

To be considered for acceptance, the following must be submitted:

  • Application
  • Personal Essay 
  • (2) Letters of Recommendation
  • Official Transcripts (must document undergraduate degree and certification)
