Illinois Certification Testing System

The Illinois Certification Testing System (ICTS) is a state-required program for candidates seeking certification as educators in Illiinois public schools. Testing dates, locations, registration information and study guides can be obtained through the website.

2007-2008 Testing Schedule

Adding Endorsements to Certificate

Effective March 1st, 2007 certificated Illinois teachers who are applying for subsequent endorsements, will no longer be able to do this on-line at ECS. Applicants must submit a paper application together with the required documentation through their respective Regional Office of Education.
