ADJUNCT FACULTY POSITIONS (ADJBIO#1)
Biology, Chemistry and Biochemistry
The University of St. Francis, a Catholic, Franciscan institution seeks adjunct faculty for the 2008 – 2009 academic year. The university serves more than 4,300 students nationwide, including 1,800 at its Joliet, IL campus. For all positions the educational credentials indicated are required, as well as a willingness to respect the Catholic and Franciscan values of the university.We are currently searching for adjunct instructors for the following courses:
- HUMAN BIOLOGY (LECTURE AND LAB)
- PRINCIPLES OF BIOLOGY I AND II (LECTURE AND LAB)
- ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY (NON-MAJOR, LECTURE AND LAB)
- ENVIRONMENT & HUMANITY (non-major, env. science Course)
- FOUNDATIONS OF CHEMISTRY (NON-MAJOR, LECTURE AND LAB)
- GENERAL CHEMISTRY (LECTURE AND LAB)
- BIOCHEMISTRY (LECTURE AND LAB)
- ORGANIC CHEMISTRY (LAB ONLY)
All instructors should have a strong interest in teaching with a Ph.D. or MS (or equivalent) in a field appropriate to the course.
