Welcome to the Write Site. This is a website constructed specifically for the use of writing teachers (and teachers who use writing in their classes) in the Will County, Illinois, area from the levels of middle-school through college. As of February, 1997, the site is only in the beginning stages. We could say that it is still "under construction," but that might imply that at some time it wouldn't be--and that time will never come. Construction is a major part of what this site is about. The site is intended to be a collaborative effort among writing teachers at all levels, and suggestions for new links or features are welcome. The list of links attached is only a start. You will quickly find your own--we invite you to share them with us.
