Check your registration

To check your registration in the library's patron database, click here. A new window will open. Type the barcode number found on your USF ID card and your name in the spaces provided. If you see your patron information, you are already in the library's database and are ready to check out books. If you get a message back saying that you may have entered your information incorrectly, try again, then proceed to the steps below.

Fill in the form below to be added to the library patron database. This will allow you to check out books both from USF and from other ILCSO libraries through ILLINET Online.

You must already have a valid USF picture ID with a bar code to use this form. If you do not have a valid USF ID, go to the Security Desk at Marion Hall to obtain one. If you are a distance student or faculty member who will not be on the Joliet campus, click here to request a barcode.
