Display Case Reservation Form

The USF Library welcomes students, faculty and staff to exhibit personal collections, artwork, photographs, travel memorabilia, school sponsored club information, etc. in our two secured display cases. Library staff will set up the display including creating signage. Requests must be approved by the Library Director and will depend on the availability of the display cases.

Please submit requests at least two months prior to your desired display date.
