How to do I find evidence-based medicine articles on PubMed?
PubMed (MEDLINE) has a special search mechanism to filter a search for evidence-based articles only. To use this feature do the following:

Click on Online Databases from any USF library web page.

Click on Select Database by Name.

Click on PubMed.

Click on Clinical Queries (in the blue bar at the left of the screen under PubMed Services).

Select Systematic Reviews by clicking in the circle to the left.

Type in your search statement.

Click Go to execute the search.
