Saturdays is part of the Learning Throughout
Life program that USF offers to the greater
Will County Community. Senior Saturdays give
senior citizens the opportunity to learn new
skills, expand their knowledge and share their
life experiences with other lifelong learners.

Mission Statement:
The
Learning Throughout Life program of the University
of St. Francis offers to Joliet-area senior
citizens a variety of cultural and educational
opportunities. These events are designed to
encourage seniors to expand their knowledge
and skills, learn about and celebrate a variety
of cultures, and interact with other lifelong
learners of all ages.
The program is an expression of the University's
gratitude to the local area for its long history
of acceptance and support, and exemplifies a
Franciscan attentiveness toward stewardship
of the University's physical and intellectual
resources.
