stress in college students

What physiological and psychological effects does stress have on college students' academic and personal lives and what can be done to treat and control it?

Online catalogs allow you to limit your search for books, AV materials, etc. in a variety of ways such as by date, location, language and format.

1. Date. Limit your search by date when your paper requires information from only the most current research or choose the last 5 or 10 years if searching for subjects that have been affected by scientific advancements.

2. Location. Limit your search to only items at your main campus library or an area of your library. This limit is helpful when searching large university libraries such as the University of Illinois where many of the departments have their own libraries.

3. Format. Limit your search to DVDs or videos, music, or software only. This will eliminate any books from your results.
