What physiological and psychological effects does stress have on college students' academic and personal lives and what can be done to treat and control it?

The topic of stress in college students is one that you will find an abundance of information about when you search the Web. Unfortunately, that fact alone makes the need to develop a search strategy all the more important. A simple search of the words stress and college students will result in millions of hits and knowing how to limit your search is crucial. Before you begin your web search, make sure that you are familiar with how to conduct an advanced search using your preferred search engine (ie. Google, HotBot, AltaVista).

The following pages will 1) define some common terms related to database and online catalog searching and 2) demonstrate a general search strategy that can be used to search our resources for information pertinent to our assignment.
