Ministry Student Staffers are undergraduate students living in the residence halls who are members of the ministry team. They work to cultivate the spiritual growth of the St. Francis community. They help develop small faith communities and organize regular programming to continue fostering the growth of the USF community through social, service and spiritual opportunities. They collaborate with Residence Life and also are specifically trained for potential positions of leadership in their home parishes.
