Depending on how far into the term they are, faculty can either enter initial or midterm attendance for each class using an easy-to-use form.
Viewing Advisees Submitting Early Alerts
Faculty can enter academic alerts (early alerts and midterm warnings) for students in their courses, given a set of selectable reasons and recommended actions, as well as fields for arbitrary comments or suggestions. Once submitting, the system will contact interested parties, who can add follow-up comments to the alert.
