USF brings evening of jazz
Jazz flutist Galen Abdur-Razzaq, known for his smooth, rich and passionate sound, will perform in concert at the University of St. Francis in Joliet on Friday, Feb. 16.
The concert is at 7 p.m. in the university’s Moser Performing Arts Center auditorium. Admission is free, but reservations are recommended. For information or reservations, call (800) 735-7500.
Razzaq has performed internationally for more than 40 years and with some of the world’s greatest jazz recording artists such as Billy Taylor, Melba Moore, Sun Ra, and John Patton.
